BOSS WAS ORGANIZED BY COON HUNTERS FOR COON HUNTERS. BOSS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED ORGANIZATION THAT WELCOMES AND ENCOURAGES THE PARTICIPATION OF ALL AGES AND GENDERS. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THE USE OF ALCOHOL OR  ILLEGAL DRUGS DURING BOSS EVENTS. THERE WILL BE NO FIREARMS PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS OR ON YOUR PERSON WHILE PARTICIPATING ANY BOSS EVENT. IF A VIOLATION IS REPORTED THERE WILL BE A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION AND PERSONS INVOLVED WILL BE BARRED IF FOUND GUILTY. PROFANITY OR VULGAR CONVERSATIONS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. ANY INDIVIDUAL FOUND TO BE USING INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE OR CONVERSATION IN BAD TASTE WILL BE ASKED TO STOP ONLY ONCE, IF IT PERSISTS THEY ARE TO BE TURNED INTO THE HOST CLUB FOR INVESTIGATION. NO PHYSICAL VIOLENCE OF ANY KIND WILL BE TOLERATED, ANY PERSON FOUND GUILTY WILL BE INVESTIGATED AND BARRED FOR LIFE IF FOUND GUILTY. AT BOSS EVENTS BOSS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT OF PROPERTY OR INJURIES.

 

BOSS HUNT DIRECTORS

​EACH BOSS EVENT WILL HAVE A HUNT DIRECTOR, THE HUNT DIRECTOR IS TO HANDLE ALL MONEY AND PAY ALL WINNERS. THE HUNT DIRECTOR IS TO KEEP THE EVENT IN ORDER. THE HUNT DIRECTOR IS TO SEND IN A HUNT REPORT THAT IS PROVIDED BY BOSS, TO REPORT ALL INFORMATION ON THAT DAYS EVENT. HUNT REPORTS MUST BE SENT WITHIN TEN DAYS OF THE HUNT DATE ALONG WITH RECEIPTS AND MONEYS DUE. HUNT DIRECTORS WILL ASSEMBLE A PANEL IF A QUESTION IS BROUGHT IN. THE DIRECTOR IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO SEND IN THE HUNT REPORTS ON TIME AND BE AT EVERY HUNT OR APPOINT A REPRESENTATIVE TO BE THERE IN THE EVENT THE HUNT DIRECTOR IS ABSENT. HUNT DIRECTORS MAY HUNT IN BOSS EVENTS.

 

​BOSS MEMBERS

 

TO BECOME A BOSS MEMBER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY A MEMBERSHIP FEE ANNUALLY. ALL MEMBERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. ANY MEMBER BEING AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS ANOTHER MEMBER OR ANOTHER MEMBER’S DOG WILL HAVE A FORMAL COMPLAINT FILLED OUT IN WRITING TURNED INTO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO BE INVESTIGATED. IF FOUND GUILTY BOSS WILL TAKE DISCIPLINARY ACTION.

 

​TRACKING AND TRAINING DEVICES

BOSS ALLOWS THE HOUNDS TO WEAR A TRACKING AND TRAINING DEVICE DURING EVENTS. Under no circumstances will a handler be allowed to shock a dog during hunt time. BOSS will allow the handler to tone only during a time out to stop or retrieve a dog. Any collar with shocking prongs must be removed and blocked during hunt time. ANY HANDLER CAUGHT USING A TRAINING DEVICE DURING A BOSS EVENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SUSPENDED FOR SIX MONTHS IF FOUND GUILTY AND FORFEIT ALL WINS PLACED ON THAT HOUND WITH THE SAME HANDLER.

 

​DEADLINE

 

​ALL CASTS WILL BE GIVEN A DEADLINE BY THE HUNT DIRECTOR. THE CAST WINNERS MUST BE ON THE GROUNDS BY THIS TIME OR BE DISQUALIFIED.

 

HUNTING IT OFF

 

​ALL WEEK NIGHT HUNTS DURING THE WEEK MUST SPLIT. WEEKEND EVENTS WILL TAKE ONLY ONE HANDLER TO GO BACK TO HUNT IT OFF. ONLY DOGS WITH PLUS POINT CAST WINS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR PLACEMENT.

 

JUDGES

 

​ALL FINAL 4’S OR HUNT OFFS WILL HAVE NON-HUNTING JUDGE. THE NON-HUNTING JUDGE IS THE ONLY VOTE. IF A HANDLER DISAGREES WITH THE CALL HE MAY QUESTION THE NON-HUNTING JUDGES CALL AND IT WILL BE TAKEN BACK TO A PANEL . HUNTING JUDGE IS TO CONTROL CAST AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING SCORE AND TIME. UNDER A HUNTING JUDGE THERE ARE ONLY THREE CAST VOTING SITUATIONS;

 

#1. SCRATCHING A DOG FOR FIGHTING OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR.

#2.  CALLING A TIMEOUT

#3. SCORING OF A TREE.

ALL OTHER SITUATIONS ARE THE JUDGES DECISIONS  AND CAN BE QUESTIONED ON THE SCORE CARD TO BE TAKEN BACK TO A PANEL.

 

​BOSS STRIKE RULES

 

​THERE ARE ONE SET OF STRIKE POINTS. 1ST 100, 2ND 75, 3RD 50, 4TH 25. AFTER A DOG(S) HAS BEEN SCORED WITH A PLUS, MINUS, CIRCLE, OR DELETE, THEY MAY THEN ONLY STRIKE IN FOR 25 UNLESS ALL DOGS CAN COMPETE FOR 100 STRIKE POINTS.

 

​6 MINUTE STRIKE RULE

 

​​IF DOGS THAT HAVE BEEN DECLARED STRUCK STOP BARKING A 6 MINUTE TIME WILL BE PLACED ON THOSE HOUNDS. IT ONLY TAKES ONE OF THE HOUNDS DECLARED STRUCK TO BREAK THE 6 MINUTES. IF CAST HAS WALKED OUT OF HEARING OF THE TRAILING DOGS TO SCORE A TREE THE CAST MUST WALK BACK TO THE LAST PLACE THEY HEARD THE TRAILING DOG(S) BEFORE THE 6 MINUTE RULE CAN BE APPLIED.

 

​30 SECOND BABBLING RULE

 

​WHEN DOGS HAVE BEEN CAST THE JUDGE WILL START A 30 SECOND. ALL DOGS ARE ALLOWED TO BARK DURING THE 30 SECONDS. AFTER THE 30 SECONDS DOGS MUST BE DECLARED STRUCK ON OR BEFORE THE HOUNDS 3RD BARK. THE JUDGE MUST ASK FOR A CALL ON THE 3RD BARK. IF NOT STRUCK IN N 3RD BARK DOG WILL TAKE THAT POSITION STRIKE MINUS AND THEN MUST BE STRUCK ON NEXT BARK. ALL DOGS STRUCK IN BEFORE THE 30 SECONDS MUST CARRY THE TRACK OUT WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE.

 

​BOSS TREE RULES

​WHEN A DOG IS DECLARED TREED 3 MINUTES WILL IMMEDIATELY BE APPLIED, AFTER 1 MINUTE OF THE 3 MINUTES HAS PASSED SECOND TREE IS DEAD. AFTER 2 MINUTES OF THE 3 MINUTES HAS PASSED 3RD TREE IS DEAD. WHEN 3 MINUTES HAVE ELAPSED THE TREE IS CLOSED.

 

NON-TREEING RULE

 

​IF A DOG TREED STOPS  BARKING 2 MINUTES WILL IMMEDIATELY BE APPLIED.  IF ANY DOG DECLARED TREED ON THAT TREE BARKS THE 2 MINUTES WILL BE TAKEN OFF. IF DOGS DECLARED TREED DO NOT BARK WITHIN 2 MINUTES THEY WILL BE MINUSED, AND THAT TREES POINTS WILL BE REOPENED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THE 2 MINUTES BE TAKEN OF A TREE BECAUSE ANOTHER DOG IS TRAILING NEARBY OR HAS BECOME TREED ON ANOTHER TREE.

 

​ARRIVING AT THE TREE

 

​WHEN ARRIVING AT A TREE THE JUDGE IS TO TELL THE HANDLERS TO HANDLE THEIR DOGS. THE CAST MUST MAKE EVERY EFFORT POSSIBLE TO SCORE A TREE. (EXAMPLE; IF A DOG IS ACROSS WATER THE CAST CAN AGREE TO CROSS IF SAFE. THE CAST NEEDS TO FIND A SPOT THAT ALL MEMBERS CAN SAFELY CROSS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY A CAST SCORE A TREE BEFORE THE DOG IS HANDLED.

 

SHOWING TREED

 

​A DOG SHOWING TREED IS BARKING UP A TREE EITHER BY SITTING AND LOOKING UP THE TREE, STANDING AND LOOKING UP THE TREE, OR DOG’S FEET UP ON TREE. ALSO, IF IN A HOLE DOG MUST BE SHOWING WHAT HOLE IT IS BARKING IN.

 

STATIONARY RULE

 

​DOG(S) TREEING AND HANDLERS NOT CALLING THEM TREED 3 MINUTES WILL BE APPLIED. IF THE DOGS SHUTS UP JUDGE WILL APPLY 1 MINUTE, IF THE DOG(S) DO NOT BARK WITHIN 1 MINUTE THE 3 WILL BE TAKEN OFF. IF DOG CONTINUES BARKING TREED THE 3 MINUTES EXPIRES AND THE DOG(S) WILL NOT BE DECLARED TREED THEY WILL BE SCRATCHED. IF DOG LEAVES TRAILING THE 3 MINUTES WILL BE TAKEN OFF. THE STATIONARY RULE MAY BE APPLIED ANYTIME THE JUDGE FEELS THE CAST IS WITHIN REASONABLE HEARING DISTANCE.  THE JUDGE MAY RUN THE STATIONARY ON 2 DOGS AT ONCE IN SEPARATE LOCATIONS AS LONG AS THE JUDGE CAN JUDGE THEM WITH NO PROBLEM. THE STATIONARY CANNOT BE APPLIES IF A DOG HAS BEEN DECLARED TREED ALSO (SCENARIO; IF STATIONARY IS STARTED ON 2 DOGS, ONE SHUTS UP AND THE OTHER KEEPS BARKING, THE DOG THAT SHUTS UP WILL HAVE THE 2 MINUTES APPLIED ON HIM WHILE THE STATIONARY CONTINUES ON THE OTHER DOG BARKING.

 

HANDLER TREEING ON CLOSED TREE

 

​ANY HANDLER TREEING ON A DEAD TREE WILL RECEIVE 125. THIS CALL WILL BE HANDLED AS IF THE DOG IS SPLIT TREED. WHEN CAST ARRIVES AT THE TREE AND THE HANDLERS DOG IS THERE AND HANDLES THERE WITH OTHER DOGS ITS STRIKE AND TREE POINTS WILL BE MINUSED. REGARDLESS IF THEY ARE THERE WHEN YOU ARRIVE OR COMING TO THE TREE WHILE SCORING.

 

​STRIKING AFTER DOG DECLARED TREED

 

​A DOG THAT IS NOT STRUCK IN BEFORE A DOG IS DECLARED TREED CANNOT RECEIVE STRIKE POINTS UNLESS IT GOES ON  AND TREES ITS OWN TREE OR THE DOGS DECLARED TREED LEAVES IT TREE AND IS MINUSED.

 

​SHINE TIME

 

​WHEN ALL DOGS AT THE TREE ARE HANDLED THE JUDGE WILL ASK THE HANDLER WITH 1ST TREE IF THEY WANT TO SHINE BY THEMSELVES FOR 2 MINUTES. A HANDLER MAY SQUALL AS SOON AS THE SHINE TIME STARTS. SHINE TIME ON ALL TREES IS 7 MINUTES. ANY HANDLER CAUGHT SHINING A TREE BEFORE THE 7 MINUTE RULE IS APPLIED WILL BE

SCRATCHED.

 

​RE-CASTING INTO WORKING DOGS

 

​WHEN DOGS ARE PULLED OFF A SCORED TREE DOGS MUST BE WALKED 30 SECONDS TO RE-CUT. PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE, FOR EXAMPLE; IF CROSSING A CREEK PLEASE CROSS SAFELY AND START THE 30 SECONDS ONCE ACROSS. IF THERE IS A DOG BARKING THE JUDGE WILL TELL YOU TO CAST YOUR DOG. IF THE WORKING DOG(S) ARE NOT BARKING THEN THE 6 MINUTE RULE MUST BE APPLIED BEFORE YOU CUT. IF CAST HAS WALKED OUT OF HEARING OF TRAILING DOG(S) TO SCORE A TREE THE CAST MUST WALK BACK TO THE LAST PLACE THEY HEARD THE TRAILING DOG BEFORE THE 6 MINUTE RULE CAN BE APPLIED. IF A DOG IS TREED BUT NOT BARKING THEN THE 2 MUST BE APPLIED HOWEVER, THE DOGS MAY BE RE-CAST IF A DOG IS BARKING ON THE TRAIL. ANY HANDLER CUTTING THEIR DOG BEFORE THE JUDGE SAYS SO WILL BE SCRATCHED FOR TRYING TO GAIN UNDESERVED POINTS. ALSO, IF UNDER 6 MINUTES ARE LEFT THE DOG(S) MUST BE CUT BECAUSE THE 6 MINUTE RULE CANNOT BE APPLIED.

 

LEASH LOCK

 

​SCENARIOS:

 

1) IF ALL DOGS ARE TREED

​2) DOG(S) WILL ALSO REMAIN ON THE LEASH IF YOU LEAD OFF THE TREE AND THERE IS A WORKING DOG NOT BARKING.

 

RETURNING TO A TREE

 

​ANY DOG RETURNING TO A TREE WILL HAVE THEIR POINTS DELETED THE FIRST TIME, MINUSED ON THE SECOND OFFENSE, AND SCRATCHED ON THE 3RD OFFENSE.

 

​PLUSING A TREE OR PLACE OF REFUGE

 

​DOGS WILL BE PLUSED STRIKE AND TREE IF A COON IS FOUND IN A TREE, IN A HOLE, DOZER PILE, ECT, IF CAUGHT ON THE GROUND, ONLY STRIKE POINTS WILL BE PLUSED. IF DOGS PUT A COON IN A PLACE OF REFUGE OTHER THAN A TREE A COON IS SEEN, DOGS DECLARED TREED IN THE PLACE OF REFUGE, OTHER THAN A TREE WILL GET A STRIKE AND TREED PLUSED AND DOGS NOT TREED WILL GET PLUSED STRIKE.

 

CIRCLING A TREE OR PLACE OF REFUGE

 

​ANY DOGS TREED IN A HOLE, DOZER PILE, ECT THAT NO OFF GAME OR COON IS FOUND WILL BE CIRCLED UNLESS MAJORITY OF THE CAST CAN PROVE THERE IS NO PLACE OF REFUGE. A TREE MUST HAVE A PLACE OF REFUGE SUCH AS A DEN, NEST OR TREES RUNNING TOGETHER TO WHERE A COON CAN HIDE. TO BE ABLE TO CIRCLE. IF TREE THAT RUNS TOGETHER WITH TREE BEING SCORED HAS NO PLACE OF REFUGE THE TREE WILL STILL BE MINUSED. DOGS THAT PUT A COON IN A PLACE OF REFUGE OTHER THAN A TREE, AND NO COON IS SEEN BUT THERE S A PLACE FOR A COON TO HIDE, DOGS TREED IN THE PLACE OF REFUGE OTHER THAN THE STRIKE AND TREE CIRCLE AND DOGS NOT TREED WILL GET DELETED STRIKE.

 

MINUS A TREE OR PLACE OF REFUGE

 

​IF DOGS ARE TREED ON A TREE WHERE THERE IS NO POSSIBLE PLACE A COON COULD HIDE, THE DOGS DECLARED TREED ON THAT TREE WILL BE MINUSED. ALSO,E OTHER THAN A TREE THAT THE HANDLERS CAN CLEARLY SEE A COON CANNOT HIDE IN DOGS DECLARED TREED WILL GET MINUSED STRIKE AND TREE AND DOGS NOT TREED WILL GET MINUSED STRIKE. IF SQUIRREL IS SEEN JUST IGNORE AND SCORE TREE AS IF IT IS NOT THERE.

 

MOLESTING  LIVESTOCK

 

​ANY DOG CAUGHT MOLESTING THE LIVESTOCK WILL BE SCRATCHED ON THE SPOT WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

 

CATCHING COON ON THE GROUND

 

​IF COON IS CAUGHT ON THE GROUND THE TREE POINTS WILL BE DELETED AND THE STRIKE POINTS WILL BE PLUSED.

 

CATCHING OFF GAME ON THE GROUND

 

​DOGS WILL BE MINUSED STRIKE ONLY IF OFF GAME IS CAUGHT ON THE GROUND.

 

RUNNING OFF GAME

 

​ANY DOGS SEEN RUNNING OFF GAME BY THE MAJORITY OF THE CAST WILL BE MINUSED.

 

TREEING OFF GAME

 

​ANY DOGS TREEING OFF GAME WILL BE MINUSED STRIKE A TREE. ANY DOG HANDLED AT THE TREE THAT HAS NOT BEEN DECLARED TREED WILL GET THE NEXT AVAILABLE TREE POINTS AND MINUSED. IF MORE THAN ONE DOG THEN SPLIT NEXT AVAILABLE TREE POINTS AND MINUS.

 

NON-WORKING DOG

10 minutes will be placed on any dog deemed by the judge to be not hunting by the means of trailing a track. Any dog that is following the cast (of handlers) is deemed to be a non working dog. NEVER START TIME ON A DOG FOR HAVING TO URINATE, DEFECATE, OR AS LONG AS IT IS DRINKING WATER.

 

QUITTING TRACK

​ANY DOG COMING INTO THE CAST AFTER BEING STRUCK IN WILL BE MINUSED. ANY DOG COMING INTO A TREE THAT IS BEING SCORED OR AT THE TREE WHEN COMING INTO THE TREE WILL BE MINUSED ITS STRIKE FOR QUITTING ITS TRACK.

 

CALLING TIMEOUT

 

​A CAST MAY CALL TIMEOUT TO MOVE TO NEW HUNTING GROUNDS HOWEVER, ALL DOGS MUST BE HANDLED AND THEIR CAST MUST BE TOGETHER  IF DOGS ARE NOT ON A LEASH OR  ARE IN DANGER THE CAST MAY CALL A TIMEOUT TO HANDLE THEIR DOGS. DANGERS MEANING ROADWAYS, PRIVATE LAND OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT CAN HARM A DOG OR HANDLE. WHEN CALLING TIMEOUT THE CAST MUST AGREE TO MEETING SPOT AT WHICH THE CAST WILL MEET. WHEN CALLING TIMEOUT YOU WILL HAVE ONE HOUR TO RETURN YOUR SELF AND YOUR HOUND TO THE DESIGNATED SPOT OR YOU WILL BE SCRATCHED. CALLING TIMEOUT MUST BE DONE BY HAVING A MAJORITY VOTE, ANY HANDLER CAUGHT CALLING TIMEOUT IN ORDER TO PURPOSELY SCRATCH A HANDLER WILL BE SUBJECT TO SUSPENSION IF FOUND GUILTY.

 

FIGHTING DOGS

 

​ANY DOG(S) CAUGHT FIGHTING OR BEING AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS ANOTHER DOG WILL BE SCRATCHED . ANY DOG SCRATCHED FOR FIGHTING 3 TIMES IN ONE YEAR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE IN ANY BOSS EVENT FOR ONE YEAR. A DOG CAN BE SCRATCHED ONLY BY A MAJORITY VOTE. IF A HANDLER QUESTIONS A DOG BEING SCRATCHED THAN THE JUDGE MUST CALL TIMEOUT AND RETURN TO THE CLUBHOUSE AND THE HUNT DIRECTOR WILL  PUT A PANEL TOGETHER. ALL DOGS TREED BEFORE THE TIMEOUT IS CALLED MUST BE SCORED. ANY DOGS TRAILING WILL BE DELETED AND THE HANDLER WILL HAVE ONE HOUR TO CATCH THEIR DOGS, IF NOT CAUGHT WILL BE SCRATCHED. IF THE AGGRESSOR IS DETERMINED BY THE MAJORITY SCRATCH THE AGGRESSOR ONLY.

 

​SEXUAL BEHAVIOR

 

​ANY FEMALE ​ SMELLING STRONG  ENOUGH TO INTERFERE WITH THE OTHER DOGS WILL BE SCRATCHED. ALSO, ANY DOG SHOWING SEXUAL BEHAVIOR INSTEAD OF HUNTING WILL BE SCRATCHED.

 

CORRECTING DOGS

 

​BOSS WILL NOT ALLOW ANY MEMBER CORRECTING THEIR DOG OR ANYONE ELSE’S DOG IN THE WOODS WHILE ON THE CARD DURING HUNTING TIME. ANY MEMBER DOING SO WILL SCRATCHED. ANY MEMBER CAUGHT DOING SO ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION.

 

HANDLER LEAVING THE CAST

 

ANY TIME A HANDLER WITHDRAWS AND LEAVES A 4 DOG CAST IT BECOMES A 3 DOG CAST. IF A HANDLER WITHDRAWS AND STAYS WITH CAST ITS STILL A 4 DOG CAST AND MUST BE TREATED AS ONE. IN A 3 DOG CAST ALL MEMBERS MUST REMAIN WITH THE CAST UNLESS WITH AN EMERGENCY. A HANDLER MAY WITHDRAW FROM A CAST IF THE DOG IS NOT ON A LEASH IF HE WANTS TO GATHER THE DOG WHEN HE IS NOT INTERFERING WITH THE CAST. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY A CAST FINISH THEIR HUNTING TIME WITH ONLY 2 CAST MEMBERS. THE CAST MUST RETURN TO THE CLUBHOUSE AND THE HUNT DIRECTOR WILL GET A NON-HUNTING JUDGE TO FINISH OUT THE REMAINDER OF THE CAST AND EXTEND THE HUNTING DEADLINE IF NECESSARY.

 

​VOTING ON A TREE

 

​IN A 4 DOG CAST IT TAKES 3 TO PLUS A TREE, MINUS A TREE OR CIRCLE A TREE, 2 TO 2 VOTE WILL DELETE A CIRCLE/MINUS VOTE AND 2 TO 2 WILL CIRCLE A PLUS/CIRCLE VOTE. IN A 3 DOG CAST IT TAKES 2 TO PLUS  A TREE, 2 TO MINUS A TREE, AND 2 TO CIRCLE A TREE,  2 TREES ARE DELETED IN A SINGLE CAST THE CARD WILL BE THROWN OUT. ALL VOTES MAY BE QUESTIONED BY ANY MEMBERS TO BE TAKEN BACK TO A PANEL IF NOT SATISFIED WITH THE VOTE.

 

REFUSING TO VOTE

 

​IF A HANDLER CALLS FOR A VOTE EVERY CAST MEMBER MUST VOTE. ANY CAST MEMBER DECIDING NOT TO VOTE WILL BE SCRATCHED.

 

​QUESTIONS

 

​ANY MEMBER NOT SATISFIED WITH THE RULE JUDGEMENT CAN PUT UP $20 AND BRING IT IN FRONT OF A PANEL .MONEY MUST BE COLLECTED BEFORE IT IS HEARD BY THE PANEL. THE HUNT DIRECTOR AND 2 PEOPLE OF THE HUNT DIRECTORS CHOICE WILL  SIT ON THEIR PANEL TO HEAR THE QUESTION. IF THE QUESTION IS LOST THEN BOSS WILL RECEIVE THE $20 IF THE QUESTION IS WON THE MEMBER WILL RECEIVE THEIR MONEY BACK. ANY MEMBER OF THE CAST NOT SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME CAN APPEAL THE  PANELS DECISION BY PUTTING UP A $100 AND BOSS WILL PUT TOGETHER A PANEL TO HEAR THE APPEAL . IF THE APPEAL IS LOST BOSS WILL GET THE $100 IF THE APPEAL IS WON THE MEMBER WILL RECEIVE THEIR MONEY BACK.  THE CAST SHOULD ONLY CALL TIMEOUT AND RETURN TO THE CLUB FOR A QUESTION IF IT PERTAINS TO A SCRATCHING OFFENSE. OTHER QUESTIONS CAN BE HEARD AFTER THE HUNT TIME HAS EXPIRED AND THE CAST HAS RETURNED. IF PANEL IS ASKED TO GO LOOK AT TREE IT MUST BE 100% TO OVERTURN A CALL. IF THERE WAS FOWL PLAY DETERMINED BY THE PANEL THERE WILL BE A FORMAL COMPLAINT FILED BY THE PANEL IN WRITING AND TURNED INTO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR INVESTIGATION OF SUSPENSION.

​ALL CAST MEMBERS TO INCLUDE BACKUP HANDLERS AND SPECTATORS MUST STAY TOGETHER IN ALL SITUATIONS EXCEPT FOR A DOG BEING SPLIT TREED AND JUDGE GIVES HANDLER PERMISSION TO HANDLE SPLIT DOG. CAST MUST MAINTAIN A PACE SUITABLE FOR ALL CAST MEMBERS.
